EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE SHE IS RUDE! She never has a name tag on but she works the evening shift. It’s obvious she hates her job but if that’s the case she needs to be in the back or find a new job. Even though this subway is closer to my house I find myself driving out of the way just to get decent customer service.
Employees simply don’t care. They don’t put napkins in the sack. They sell pretzels that are hard as a rock and then don’t put the cheese in the sack. It’s a sign of the times I suppose. Wich Wich is so much better it’s not close. The reason I’m guessing, is the owner is present at Wich Wich, same at Deli Planet. Used to love subway.
I arrived at subway on taft.rd at about 4 when this girl comes in washed her hands puts on gloves and gets to work. She says hello and politely ask me what I wanted, I stated what I wanted and she began making an awesome sandwich!!!! It looked better than the picture, bread was fluffy and nice. Jade) continued to show professionalism and courtesy. Way too go Jade I'll definitely be back!!!!
The subs were fine but my no bread bowl looked half eaten because it was already mixed together and it didn't even look like there was cheese in it. I ended up just throwing it away...waste of $12.
