Staff in too big a hurry. Drive thru not even busy.
I bought a 6 in sub meal. One of the works made the sub and rang me up. I didnt pay attention to the amount until I was down the road a bit. I realized they charged for a 12 in all American club and I got a 6 in turkey. I was about 10 minutes away but turned around. When I went back the I brought my receipt and food in. Food was good but they had no black olives.
Used the app. I paid close attention. This Subway did not. Did not receive bag of chips. I asked for MORE red onions and green peppers, I received zero. Other sandwich that asked for MORE got one tiny slice green pepper and two partial slices of red onion. These were Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. What a disappointment. $44.26 for one sorry footlong and one 6" meal delivered. Won't repeat this mistake.
2 things, one the guy at the counter Justin I think it was. He need to work in the back on carry out orders or in a warehouse because he just doesn't know how to talk to customers, he's just kind of rude and stand offshore. Secound I can't order this online because they never toast the online orders and then they just don't taste right so they need some quality control there.
