We got our lives threatened by an employee that states he's from the hood and hell kill my 73 year old Mom throwing gang signs and freaking out on us (cussing and swearing)because she asked for a meal and dude rang us up for just sandwiches. It was the most uncomfortable experience in my life in a restaurant. My Mom walked out of there so fast she was fearful for her life. Great store, online order ready on time. Great sandwiches
Waited at drive thru as the only car for about 10 minutes, nobody ever spoke. Finally pulled up to window and an employee came and asked how they could help me. I said I was trying to order but the drive thru speaker must not be working. They said they don't do drive thru, only inside orders at the counter. Parked and went inside to order a salad with chicken, but they didn't have any chicken. Left and went elsewhere. Nobody else was in parking lot or restaurant. Employee was friendly. Oh where to begin! This location should just shut on down. They are always understaffed, so either the drive-thru isn't available (99% of the time), or it's drive-thru only and dinning area is closed. OK, then they are almost always out of various sub toppings or particular bread types. Last time there was no LETTUCE , banana peppers or soft drinks.
