Unfortunately when I went in to get a sandwich they barely had any condiments to put on my sandwich. They need to seriously change management or whoever is bringing in supplies bc this is not your typical subway elsewhere.
We waited a long time in line for them to be out of a ton of ingredients.
How are you guys always out of something. Whether it's mayonnaise or lettuce or even some types of meat it doesn't make any sense definitely reporting to their higher ups
Ordered online today 6/3/2026 when I picked it up, it wasn't there. They couldn't make it because they ran out of chicken, turkey, onions, teriyaki sweet onion sauce.. but I got changed. The manager Tonya said she can give my refund tomorrow. I asked to have 2 whole subs for our terrible. Tonya denied my request. Although I only paid for one and a half sub. I had take whatever they had to offer nothing involving what I ordered or paid for I'm very disappointed
Giving the business a three because you can’t order drive through. Giving Mrs. Shaneka a 5 because of her service and communication! Thank you!
