Subway in High Point is a joke !!! Just close the down already cause they are so unprofessional. Drive thru has been close down since covid!! Claim they unstaff but that’s a lie . Even when they fully staff they won’t up drive thru. The food be sloppy!! Subway corporate need to evaluate this testy and the customer service!!
The service was horrible. Cookies was hard as rocks. Warm drinks inside of the refrigerator. My turkey sandwich tastes like tuna. They didn't have any lettuce. Mind you I didn't find out that they didn't have any lettuce until I told her what I wanted on my sandwich.
Where do I begin... First off, don't bother with the drive through. It's there for decoration. No one will take your order. Second off, don't bother placing a mobile pickup order. Pickup was at 5, I came at 459 and they only started making it when I asked about my order. I wanted to go in, pick up then leave. I had to stay for 20 minutes. Thirdly, don't bother getting a drink.
