Waited at drive thru as the only car for about 10 minutes, nobody ever spoke. Finally pulled up to window and an employee came and asked how they could help me. I said I was trying to order but the drive thru speaker must not be working. They said they don't do drive thru, only inside orders at the counter. Oh where to begin! This location should just shut on down. They are always understaffed, so either the drive-thru isn't available (99% of the time), or it's drive-thru only and dinning area is closed. OK, then they are almost always out of various sub toppings or particular bread types. Last time there was no LETTUCE , banana peppers or soft drinks. The food was absolutely amazing! I'm extremely picky due to my autism and they were absolutely amazing with the food, friendly atmosphere, and the service was absolutely exceptional! Yes they currently have a limited menu however if you're willing to work with that then they'll find a way to work with you! It's rare to find such young and eager people working for such a franchise nowadays but the employees here absolutely nailed it!
