First off let me start off by saying this now marks the 3rd time at this location. We chose this location even though it's out of the way because of the drive-thru and the convenience of it. ALL THREE TIMES I was in the drive-thru and no one acknowledged us. At a point we will drive up to see if anyone is inside only to be greeted by someone with an attitude at the window saying we are to busy to work the drive-thru. Now to this most recent visit. Ordered food online was told I’d be ready by six, showed up waited 40 minutes watched them serve other people in front of me then was refused my order because “I was being rude” just because I asked them why I had to wait 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done. Will never eat at any subway ever again because of how bad this one singular experience was
If I could give zero stars I would. This subway not only has a staff with the worse attitudes but also doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered a sub online when I went to pick it up it took 45 mins to get and the subs were absolutely horrible. I called the manager to see what we could do about the situation and she told me since I didn’t take the subs back she couldn’t do anything. This has not been the only time this has happened when y’all gonna fix this?
