The sandwich was not made they way I wanted it and the lady shoves my sandwich in the bag and left the counter
This day I was traveling by bus (very limited amount of time to get anything). Subway only had one employee working and was not quick at all. The line included bus travelers and truck drivers. I had to get my sandwich without any toppings because the bus was about to leave without me.
My mom sat there for almost 30 minutes and the lady said she didn't know she was there and didn't have her headset on because "it wasn't working" and she was mean to my mom. How are these subways still in business?
I just want to show some appreciation to the lovely young lady Savannah that makes my sandwich every time I come in. She is absolutely amazing!! I only come in when I see her working, the store is always so nice and clean when she’s there and the sandwiches she makes for me and my family are always outstanding, She goes above and beyond with her customer service and cleanliness.
