I have been coming to this Subway for a long time and for a while it was my go-to location. It is very close to when I live and the service and meal I receive was at one time excellent. I’ve noticed recently though that the employee turn around has been significant, every time I come in there is someone new making my sandwich who doesn’t seem very trained and attentive. Been sitting here 15 minutes and no a single person has answered the drive through when I have a pick up order
We came to eat at 8:40, and the staff was already cleaning up. They refused to serve us—both me and another customer—saying they had already closed, even though they’re supposedly open until 9 PM. Honestly, it was a very bad experience with a terrible attitude.
