I used to come here weekly for almost 4 years since I work nearby, but after an issue that occured with online ordering and the total lack of customer service on the Manager's part, I refuse to come back. I really thought I was valued here as a customer, but I see that was not the case. As of today Jan 16th, 2025 the problem was never resolved and I have never stepped foot there again. My former coworkers followed suit. July 3rd, 2025 and nothing.
Just went to the store never seen subway like this before. Keep it up. Fresh Food and excellent service. Very clean store.
I had a Curbside order pick up, I tried calling the store once the app told me my order was ready and the phone kept ringing. I decided to go inside then the two men looked at me and ask if i have a pick up I said I have a curbside, meaning you are supposed to bring it to the car. They looked back at the shelf and handed me my order, no sorry or no acknowledgement. Definitely not coming back to this location, work on having better service.
“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Very rude people and pathetic service. If you’re bitter and annoyed, don’t work with the public. Plus, it was insanely hot because they had no air conditioning. I wouldn’t go back and I don’t recommend it. If I could give they less than 1 star I will for sure
