They do not speak English at all, so every online order is completely messed up and there is no way to explain anything.
I went in about two nights ago and had THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had to date. There was a younger cuban lady working who was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and kept making faces as I was trying to level with her about my order being wrong. She didn’t want to find a solution, she just wanted to argue. Haven’t had subway in a while. Did today and remembered why Not that its bad but publix makes a way better sub for less money 17$ for sub with drink and chips at subway Like 9-10$ at publix and its a bigger sub
The Latina lady that rides her scooter to work is so rude! She’s unprofessional and she should be fired. I haven’t eaten there since because of her bad service.
