I'm so tired of driving farther because this place refuses to get it together. They open close whenever they want. First couple times I came i couldn't use my app with rewards or coupons because they refuse to learn how to use the machine so they rather lie and tell me it don't work, then the guy tells me today there's no soup cause they don't make soup on Sundays. I love ordering from the app and I love Subway. HOWEVER, the app has the issue that it doesn’t prompt you to choose a location for every order and chooses the last order location as default. It only shows you the location you made the order to at the end of placing the payment, AND YOU CAN’T CANCEL ON YOUR END in the app, and THE WORST PART is that stores DOESN’T KNOW THIS. 5 out of the 4 times this has happened to me, I’ve had to call the store right away and they say “oh just cancel it”, and I have to insist that I can’t d... read more
