I love ordering from the app and I love Subway. HOWEVER, the app has the issue that it doesn’t prompt you to choose a location for every order and chooses the last order location as default. It only shows you the location you made the order to at the end of placing the payment, AND YOU CAN’T CANCEL ON YOUR END in the app, and THE WORST PART is that stores DOESN’T KNOW THIS. 5 out of the 4 times this has happened to me, I’ve had to call the store right away and they say “oh just cancel it”, and I have to insist that I can’t d... read more
