Avoid this Subway. Employees are extremely rude and don't care about customer service at all. A simple request to toast my sub was met with attitude. Sent an email to corporate and it went ignored.
2 gentlemen there greeted me, already working on my sandwich. Clean place and food was fresh and prepared GREAT. My new subway :)
I come to this Subway location quite often, and I usually have a great experience. The customer service is always friendly, and the employees are welcoming and helpful. However, during my most recent visit, things were a little different. This Subway location has officially made my list of places I will NOT be returning to. The level of unprofessionalism from some of the employees is honestly embarrassing. How are you behind the counter making someone’s sandwich while dropping the N-word every other sentence, with the store manager sitting RIGHT THERE?
