Placed an order on the app while I was shopping came over after I checked out and waited 15 minutes without a sign of anyone took another 30 minutes of waiting before anyone even showed up. Then another 30 before I even got my food. Worst subway I have ever been to.
You close at 9....I made an order for pick up at 8:30 and it said it was ready went to pick it up and you're employees said they weren't going to do it because it was to close to closing time. Maybe update your website if that's a policy so it doesn't allow for orders that late or maybe just do your job while you're open. That's an idea.
While we were there today, 9/1/24, there was a customer who was leaning over the counter, spitting while he was talking. Alex, your worker, was nothing but professional toward this man. Alex just asked this man to step back and the man refused. He left and then came charging back yelling to see his badge and asking his name. It scared me, but Alex maintained his professionalism. We were very impressed with Alex's calmness and politeness. Alex deserves recognition from management.
