This subway proves to be amazing every time I come. The service is fast and friendly. Adam one of the workers even went and cleaned the bathroom while I was in the restaurant. I like supporting this location. It’s very clean and I’ll mention it again fast service! Thank you all for being great!
Hi, today I had gone into the Subway on Rio grande and the gentleman that was working gave me one of the best experiences I've had at a subway. I was greeted and when I had gone to order my sandwich you guys were out of the grilled chicken and he went to the fridge to prep more, meanwhile more people kept filing into the store, so I didn't want to be rude to others and told him it's ok don't worry about it. I had written off Subway completely after bad experiences at multiple other locations. But since this one is just a few blocks from my house, I gave it one last chance, and it’s now the only Subway I’ll ever go to. The place was spotless, the chips were all stocked, and all the meats and toppings were fresh and fully loaded. What really blew me away was the customer service. Best Subway experience Ive had! Customer service was on point, I was attended to quickly and with kindness. I liked that they gave me an option to eat in house or to go, and I appreciated that they gave me information on the deals happening that day.
