Ordered online and asked for no provolone and evened up with provolone
Have been waiting for 20 minutes in line no one has ordered they are only doing online orders instead of attending people that are here in person
Tried to get a Philly they had no idea how to make it so I got the #30 THEY put mayo on it even though I don't ask for it
I order a drink and opened it up to put it in my insulated mug and noticed mold in my ice. Mold IN my ice. If I hadn’t opened the lid or had a dark cola drink I could have had that big piece of mold melt and drink it. How many others have filled their drink with moldy ice? Update- I called corporate headquarters to make sure someone followed up and the response I got was "They have it on the schedule to clean the ice maker sometime next week." What?!? Next week? How many people will be using that ice?
