Mail me coupons, then wait until it's time to pay before telling me they don't accept them. Penny wise but pound foolish. If I wanted to spend 60 bucks on Subs, I would go somewhere that serves an actual quality product. Translation: You got me this time, but you'll never get me in the door again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Lynden Subway. My grandmother recently went there with my children and tried to use a coupon I had given her. When she presented it, the cashier was incredibly rude, loudly stating that they don’t accept coupons. Both my 14- and 8-year-old told me how uncomfortable they felt witnessing the cashier’s disrespectful attitude toward their elderly great-grandmother. PLEASE CHANGE GLOVES between sandwiches. Some of us dont eat pork and when they make sandwich with ham or bacon..gloves not changed..contamination...they continue making for another customer and checking out with gloves on. I stop eating subway becoz of this.
The service has really declined here in the past few years.
