New ownership has led to a noticeable decline in service. They skimp on toppings and don’t honor most in-app deals. I work nearby and used to come here about once a month, but since the ownership change, the experience has gone downhill. I used the app to order. I selected the BOGO coupon and ordered the sandwich. When I picked it up they refused to honor the BOGO coupon. I talked to the manager and they refused to give me the BOGO deal. I will never return.
