Everytime I go in between 11pm and 1am they have a sign saying we'll be back in "30" or so minutes due to a staff shortage, but there are seriously no employees working nights, im astonished how they have an open lobby and some hungry trucker hasn't gone in the back and gotten into shit.

I went in and got two clubs. The person took awhile to finally get our order. When we got our order the bread on both sandwiches was so hard we had to throw part of the sandwich away. They were hard enough the workers had to have known when they made it. I called several times to talk to the manager but no one would answer the phone.

*5/5 Stars* I'm obsessed with Carl's Jr.! I recently stopped by for lunch and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was top-notch. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the melted cheese added a richness to the burger. The sourdough bun was toasted to perfection, adding a nice crunch to each bite. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied, not stuffed.
