Placed an order at 5:50pm using the subway app, the app told me that my order was confirmed and would be ready by 6:15pm. At 6:15 I checked the app, it stated my order was ready, but when I went inside, it was most definitely was not. There was only one worker working and when he did finally do an online order it was an order that was listed to be ready by 6:25pm, so after mine was supposed to be ready.
