The food and service have always been great for me. The inside and outside are a bit wonky. The back lot has NO handicap accessible entry and all the entry doors are manual. Inside has a ramp going up to the food prep area, but steps going down to the seating area. The store is kept clean.
Placed an order at 5:50pm using the subway app, the app told me that my order was confirmed and would be ready by 6:15pm. At 6:15 I checked the app, it stated my order was ready, but when I went inside, it was most definitely was not. There was only one worker working and when he did finally do an online order it was an order that was listed to be ready by 6:25pm, so after mine was supposed to be ready. I had to ask the gentleman for an update on mine, to which he hadn't even started and had to reprint my order form. When I ... read more
