The last two times I have ordered food the order was wrong or cold by the time I pick up. When I place an order for pick up at a select time the food should not be made 15 minutes beforehand and left to cool. The staff in both instances have remade the sandwiches but under protest. The bread in tonight's sandwich seemed under baked and almost doughy even after toasting it. The Seymour Subway has lost quality ever since it has been reopened. Started out very well and has been down hill since.
Every time I order, something is not correct. The staff often seems confused and unmotivated. You get a vibe that they could care less and don't want to be there. I used to work for subway and so I understand it can be a challenge especially when its busy but every time I order there is 1 other person or literally no one else there so there is no logical excuse for why the employees are struggling so much to get orders correct. The sandwich artist was slow and messed up one of our sandwiches. Place only had one worker on shift for lunch
