Michael provided exceptional customer service. We had an online order I messed up and came in and he was in process of making. He took our order and made it exactly how we wanted it. I proceeded to spill my soad and instead of getting frustrated he just jumped into action to get the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. He showed respect, professionalism, great attitude and exceptional customer service. I hope his managers see what an asset to the company he truly is! We will definitely be back!
Just got off work, hungry and tired, it's past 8pm, practically just me and one other customer. I asked the kind gentleman working the counter to make me something he would recommend. I wanted to break from routine. He served me an awesome turkey and chicken roast with provolone cheese and given the works finished with salt, pepper, oil, and red vinegar drizzled. Stopped in for 4 subs before a concert. Dante(?) and Alyssa(?) rocked. They worked so well together. Very friendly and efficient.
Been here twice within a week, each time one person working, 4 door dashers waiting and a line of 15 people.
