I feel so sad for the staff. I’ve been here 3x in the last few months and seen 3 different staff members treated the same way. Today we walked in, extremely hot with no ac or ventilation. At least 10 online orders and multiple people trying to wait to be helped. We decided to leave because the poor employee was not set up for success by the management or ownership. I asked if I could get a phone number and was told they had no way to ask for help since them asking the manager has been ignored.

Terrible management that doesn’t give a rats ass about their employees. No AC for these guys on the hottest of days they’re in there COOKING. Expected to work in those conditions. Regularly short staffed!! I don’t blame the employees for locking up and straight up leaving. Me and about 15 others people had online orders, but the only employee for the day couldn’t take the heat and locked the door and went home. There’s no way to reach management! Not even for a refund. Este restaurante supuestamente cierra a las 10pm ,pero el día sábado 28 de agosto llegue a eso de las 9:25pm , el letrero dice que está abierto y mi intención era comprar 5 o 6 sándwichs pero la pero doña al ver que eran varios sándwichs optó por decir que estaba cerrado …solo se disculpó y nada más …así que me quedo una muy mala experiencia de ese mini restaurante por que ni les llega gente y cuando les llega no quieren atender 👎👎👎
