I ordered subway for my family as we have been extremely busy all day today. My son wanted a meatball grinder no cheese but with pepperoni. As you see in the picture he got what he got. Then I checked my sandwich to see that I paid for the extra cheese and never got that. I gave them a call after getting home. For them to say “they’ll give money back” honestly it’s not worth the hassle and the customer service that I had just received shows why I’ll go down the road for business now. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Turkey supposed to be sliced, not chunked.
The subs barely had any meat on them, had to add my own meat at home. They also insisted they didn't have my order until I convinced them to look for it and they found it. It is a very ncie looking location though with a drive thru.
