The app is absolutely useless because it took my order. But it did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or what I wanted in it. As far as the traditional ingredients went and also what sauces I want and I just submitted the order when I arrived at your store. I was waiting but the person didn't ask me what I was ordering and she just gave me the wrong things. Totally wrong? i got a sandwich that had bacon, pepper jack, Jalapeño , black olives, banana peppers, mustard, mayo and baja chipotle. when i opened the sandwich after eating the other half, i noticed no cheese and the bacon wasnt even cooked after about 20-30 minutes eating it i started feeling nauseous i just thought it was my stomach settling but nope i am now sick from the sandwich. Terrible service ordered through the app for pick up. The sandwich few vegetable extra and few regular they missed out of vegetable and also instead of extra cheese there was no cheese to fix the things I’ve called them but they pretend like they don’t speak English so they can spare themselves from having to fix the issues. Definitely would not suggest a pick up but still in person orders might not be a problem.
