Not only did they mess up my online order and forget my lettuce somehow, but they also gave me food poisoning, which I don’t get often at all. Not only that but as I was eating, I could overhear the people next to me talking about how each of their own separate orders were also botched. This is literally the only time I’ve eaten here and it’s going to stay that way.
Nearly every single time (im not kidding its gotta be around 80% of the time) I order on the subway app I get there 10 minutes after the App says the sandwich is supposed to be ready. and the workers at this subway 80% of the time haven't even started making my sandwich. I'm fairly sure this is because the workers are primarily focused on orders coming from grub hub even though customers who order on the app should be of the same priority. This results in me having to wait an extra 10-25 minutes.
Charged double order price and won't correct
Hasn't gotten my online order right last 3 times. This time, they put mustard and mayo instead of Chipotle and jalapeño instead of banana peppers...
Slow workers, either understaffed or underpaid. Eitherway unacceptable service from them. Go if you have nowhere else to eat
