I ordered online and checked in. They said 5 min. Ok! 15 min later and numerous walk-in customers later they still had NOT started it. Staff just kept interrupting my questions saying I had an online order and they came in at same time. Thats fine but you know we're here waiting, you ignore our orders and keep handling walk ups only. They don't judge my bestie for her outrageous mayo usage and that's enough for me to know they're great people working here
