When did online orders become people standing in your lobby waiting to order? The employee doesn’t even say give us a minute. I’m just supposed to wait and wait till both employees are done with all the online orders. People walked out waiting to order. Sandwich’s were thrown together after asking how much longer do we have to wait to order?!

I have bought this sandwich before and it was perfect, today I think they used one scoop of chicken for a footlong sub. I opened both sides thinking maybe it got all put on one side but no it was barely any chicken . I had vegetables like I ordered but this sandwich today was like a vegetable sandwich. Ordered online so I didn’t see it being made and I didn’t tip online but I did tip in cash when I picked up the order. Was thinking maybe since they didn’t see a tip online they shorten the chicken . Just picked up an online order. The sandwiches are made wrong once again. The 6” was made how the 12” was supposed to be made and the 12” how the 6” was supposed to be made. I do not recommend doing the online orders here. You need to watch them make it. The most frustrating part is that I always tip them as I feel they deserve it. I however hate tipping for a damn cold meat sandwich to be wrong anyways.
