Kind of disappointed because I do love it here but twice I have paid for double meat/protein on a sandwhich and twice they didnt do it. Food tastes great, staff members are nice, restaurant is clean but orders have been wrong.
I went to this subway yesterday for lunch and the entire interaction was terrible. The staff members I encountered were too high to even function. But that’s not the main issue here. The young man who was helping an older gentleman before me was incredibly rude to the hard of hearing customer. He then checked him out at the register, tucked his hair behind his ear, scratched his NOSE, then came and grabbed my bread and ask me what I want on my sandwich.
