Thankful for a reliable place with a friendly face, to get lunch at in small town Alexandria!
In the past, I have always had great service at all Subways--including this one. Tonight I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado. The older woman behind the counter told the young kid at the register to charge me for bacon and avocado. I informed her I should not be charged extra for ingredients which are included in the sandwich. She immediately became upset--though she could not follow the conversation. (Neither of the teenage aged workers were rude.) This incident culminated with with the rude worker shouting the word "rude." ... read more
