Worst tuna sub ever!!!!!!!!
Genuinely the worst subway location in the 607. Greeted by a nasty old lady telling me my sub won’t be made after it was ordered 30 minutes prior due to a line out the door. Refused to give me the franchise owners contact information to refund my order as I was on lunch and could not wait 45 minutes. Awful location
Michelle was working amazingly under pressure today during rush hour at lunch, all by herself. She is amazing at her job! She handled herself professionally when confronted with a rude customer who threatened to have her fired because his sandwich wasn’t ready, despite there being several orders ahead of his. Multiple customers attested to Michelle’s amazing work ethic and professionalism!
Michelle is incredibly professional and works hard at her job. A dude in an neon orange shirt came in and started yelling at her for not having his food ready while she still had others ahead of him. She remained professional throughout the whole ordeal. He made unkind remarks, left in a rage, then returned a few minutes later saying things like "Don't you know people work?"
