I placed my order ahead of time, when I got there to pick up my order I wasn’t greeted by the staff, honestly both of the people working there looked annoyed. The gentleman making my sandwiches was trying to make sandwiches for other people at the same time. He was looking at my order on the screen and still got it wrong, there was an older lady working with him and I let her know that my order was wrong. Walked in and was ignored by all 3 employees. Nobody even acknowledged I existed. Not a hi. Not I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Saw the kiosk on the way out. Maybe that's what they expect, but that's no reason to act like I don't exist when I step up in front of you.
