I ordered doordash last night and it was the worst Subway sandwich I ever had I don't know why Tracy still has Kim as the manager there she does not know how to run a store and does not know how to train her people ..

Staff was friendly, but the entire store is filthy. The floors need swept, tables need to be wiped, the drink stations and all the supplies are sticky and dirty. Yall need to staff appropriately, so all these items can be maintained FOR THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS. Behind the counter isn't a WHOLE lot better. Staff needs to change gloves between every order, and take them off entirely to collect cash or provide change. The lettuce needs to be changed out, it was brown. I come here about once a week because I work close by and sadly to say I will not be coming back I've only had 1 good experience here every other time I have came this place is trash even when you come early and they have no business they still cannot get it together the manager has no clue what's going on there is only one guy there that seems to have enough sense to keep the line moving they never have sweet tea ready they brew it and never put sweetener in it I have to ask Everytime for them to put sweetener in it.
