Ordered a six inch sandwich meal deal through the app tonight. The workers told us the chips I ordered were in the bag. We got home, no chips in the bag. The sandwich also wasn’t toasted which is what I ordered and the sandwich was supposed to be on Italian bread and they gave it to me on regular bread. Super frustrating
If I could 0 stars for the experience I would ... Why install self service kiosk, then when the food is ready not call it out for the person to come get their food. Employee finished the order and then instead of calling name out to say the order was ready, she placed it on the counter and just moved on. I had to go up and check on my order for her to give it to me. Do better subway owners. Hire competent people that have common sense.
Really don't have an option for extra veggies!?! I thought I could get a sandwich made how I want it guess not!
A nice, clean place, the girls who serve are very friendly, the cookies are the best
