Left off my Pepperoni's on my kids pizza and threw the pizza sideways on top of my sandwiches. The last two times before this I waited 15 and 25 minutes respectively over my estimated time to get my food. I understand what an estimation is but they already a lot 20 minutes out from time of order. Getting two sandwiches 45 minutes after I order them is ridiculous. Won't be back to this location.
I think that they were trying to move as slow as possible on purpose, like it was some sort of cruel joke. There was a party of 3 in front of us and then our party of 3. It took no less than 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. There were two employees working and we were the last customers to order. The restaurant was filthy and as soon as they were finished making our sandwiches, they both got on their phones and ignored the dirty tables and floors. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff are unwelcoming. Walked in and stood at counter while staff just looked at us. Staff finally came over and just stood looking at us, then finally said what size. I assumed that meant tell me your order.
Ordered a toasted sub, made it to my destination and it was a completely cold sub. Called them the lady on the phone argued with me about what I got as if I'm not the one trying to eat a disgusting cold sub. Just told her forget I'll just never return
