The front desk staff member was noticeably rude. While I understand that the job can be challenging at times, a basic level of courtesy and professionalism is expected when working in a customer service role.
Mexican young lady was “short” with me and my family acting like it was a big deal to make our items! Portions were horrible and paid over 57$ for 3 foot longs! Absolutely unacceptable. The lady also cut corners while toasting them all together thus making the not hot. Meatball subs were all cold because they don’t temp the meatballs correctly! Waste of my time and money and I’m upset! AVOID THIS LOCATION!
Threw my sandwiches away. Waste of $23. Employee was clearly ill today, I don’t wanna get sick.
