Paid $10 for a footlong sub online and only received a 6 inch and they refused to refund me or remake my sandwich. Horrible customer service, horrible food. If you want subway from kingwood, don’t come here.
Order was put in for 7:20 and made way too early it was cold and they ignored the instructions to put vegetables on half the sub. Read the slip, follow instructions….
did an online order and I walked in a little after the pickup time. The bread was sitting on the counter with nothing on it. The workers forgot to add a couple of items to the bag. My sister opened her sub and it was absolutely messy and the meatballs had fallen out. The pizza we ordered wasn’t cooked all the way through. I’d recommend the one by tractor supply.
