Subway is usually one of my favorite places to eat, but this location was a disappointing experience, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. The store is listed as opening at 9:00 a.m. I arrived around 8:45 a.m. and waited until 9:00, when an employee finally opened the door. I ordered a 12’’ and they only gave me a 6” when I went back to explain it was supposed to be a foot long and I couldn’t eat the 6” cause it had been contaminated with things I can’t have all they said was “the best I can do is a 6in and a free cookie” I’m not sure why they couldn’t correct the mistake they had made and make me waste food/money. I brought pictures and recipes of everything and they still only gave me a 6in. Their mistakes shouldn’t be at the customers expense.
