They have no clue what they are doing
I'm disgusted with how I was treated tonight as a customer coming from the customer service industry I know how people are supposed to be treated and tonight was not that. Didn't even listen to me when I added my first sandwich grab a bread without even asking and then try to upsell me on a footlong when I wanted to fix in proceeded to get upset cuz he had to go get roast beef out of the back of the fridge. Twice now I've ordered online at the Eddy Lane store in Eau Claire, they make you wait in line to get your preordered food and then both times my order was completely wrong and then they had an attitude with me when I went back asking for what I actually ordered and paid for, I avoid that store now.
The new manager is so terrible and rude , food is even worse
