This is my first food review ever, and that’s how catastrophically bad this experience was. Subway is FAST FOOD. The entire point is speed. Instead, I stood in this store for 45 minutes and never even got to order before walking out. There was ONE employee working (Nayquan, I believe), and he was the only competent person in the building. He was overwhelmed, clearly abandoned by leadership, and still busting his ass. Found this to be a nice, clean and convenient location. Food was as ordered and staff friendly.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with 2 employees running around and no other customers in there and no one said a word to me. I understand that finding good help is hard, but God bless. Might have had my camouflage hoodie on and blended into the walls or something.
