Ordered the steak and cheese, took two bites and there was a bone or something hard. Didn't finish it.

Worst experience ever I had from this store. My order was completely mishandled. I clearly requested in the notes to pack items separately, but everything was thrown together in a messy, unorganized way. The packaging was careless and showed no attention to detail. Very frustrating—won’t be ordering again.
The staff are terrible and miss treat their customers. On april 19th i witnessed the staff make a customer wait 20 mins and let 2 other customers order before this said customer could order her sandwiches. Do not support this business!!
All their bread is stale they don’t understand English
