The meat was spoiled and smelled. We called store to report and so called manager was highly unprofessional and rude. 2 daya prior we couldn't order because the worker could not sign on. She was cussing in front of customers and threatening to quit. Music was blaring loud. 6/24/25 and 6/26/25. Not worth it. Plenty of other great places to eat in area.
Went in for a sub and will not be coming back. The woman making the sub just threw all of the veggies in the middle of the sandwich, didn’t cut it didn’t fold it so when I took it out of the bag all of the veggies fell out of the sandwich. I’ll be eating at the location down the street from now on.
I ordered a foot-long sandwich and paid online, but when I went to pick it up, the employee told me someone had already taken it. She claimed she had asked for the name on the order and that the person knew all the details—but that’s absurd, as my name is uniquely Asian and unlikely to be mistaken. Instead of taking responsibility for the mix-up, the employee was dismissive, refused to make another sandwich, and showed no concern that I had paid but received nothing.
