Order my sandwich through the app, once i opened my sandwich at home, i noticed they hardly put any vegetables in my sandwich..and they didn’t get my 2 cookies order right either.. smh… I will not order from this restaurant location again.
I ordered and paid for a sandwich through the app also leaving a tip. Not only was it not made at all how I ordered it but it was totally inedible/ To make matters worse the worker refused to remake a new one. First , I didn’t order it toasted or cooked in any way. Not only had he cooked it but he did so after putting the veggies and condiments on it so the tomatoes were mushy, the spinach was wilted, the onions and peppers were warm and slimy plus the bread was so soggy from the warmed mayonnaise and heated oil. Absolutely horrible! Always out of meatball and can't seem to get a refund if they run out of the sandwich you order or replace it with another item. You have to contact Customer Service to get your refund and then you can't even call, you have to submit a request. Worst customer service at this location. The kids that work here don't know what they are doing. There never seems to be an adult or manager on site. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Subway is the worst!!
I visited this subway to pick up a door dash order. It's in a really ghetto area. Crime seemed to be really bad across the area. There was trash on the ground in large amounts behind the business everywhere. You need to carry protection around here. I didn't feel safe visiting. Clearly a ghetto. They need to clean up this area. Get a crime watch going, pick up the trash, and do some investing in the area. Service was good. Courteous counter staff, but bad area.
