Param was fantastic!! She brought our catering order on time and brought complimentary cookies :)
I went and there today and got a chicken avocado protein bowl, the lady charged me for avocado so I asked her why I was being charged for something that is already supposed to come in the bowl she told me that it was because it was from the "fit" section on the menu and there was no option to make it into a protein bowl instead of on bread she she had to charge me for it, I then asked her if there was a manager I could speak to her response was " I am the manger, do you want me to write it down for you?" Param is amazing and is an awesome help she put extra cucumbers exactly how I asked and I loved it!!! And she has done it again!! I can’t maw second post for some reason but param just makes an exceptional sandwich !!
Ordered one footlong, added veggies, and simply asked for it to be cut in half. To my surprise, I was charged for two 6-inch subs instead of a single footlong just for cutting it. Absolutely ridiculous. The sandwich itself? Overpriced and slapped together with zero care. Sauces were missing or hidden like the nacho cheese sealed under a lid with no mention. Staff were rushed, disengaged, and couldn’t care less. For the money, I expected effort ..not a dry, bland sub and a receipt that made no sense. Never going back to that ... read more
Param excellent service the food is very well put together I will come back again I will tell my friends in the community that this is the next place to go have a sandwich Raymond from Heavenly Donuts that I am saying.
