My husband and I went in on a Thursday night around 7:15pm. We were so pleased with Isabella and Erick’s customer service, we were actually shocked. Isabella went above and beyond and made us the best sandwich we’ve ever seen at a subway. Everything looked fresh and the sub tasted perfect. SHE will make us come back to this subway every time.
I do not recommend this Subway location. I ordered two sandwiches, and the employee didn’t notice that the wheat bread was as hard as a rock. When I got home and opened it up, it was inedible because the bread was so hard! I called the store and spoke to someone named Randy. He had poor phone etiquette and gave us attitude. Girl working there has no personality or emotions. Acts like this job is a prison sentence, lettuce was browning, spinach was shriveled with age, I don’t drink soda but, all three non soda drinks were out due to no one changing the box of syrup in the back. Lazy staff… Prices are ridiculously expensive and every week it seems the prices ho up. It’s practically $25 for a footlong meal now. Subway needs a strategy to adjust to the local communities income.
The service was subpar!! The food worker didn’t get my order correct and he told me that, that wasn’t what you asked for!!! I ordered a large drink and I wanted unsweetened ice tea and the container was empty and he told me that they haven’t had ice tea for a long time! Suggestion: remove the ice tea containers!!!!!!!!
