A few months ago, I placed a mobile order through the app, easy, right? Picked up my daughter from school, swung by to grab my sandwich, and was immediately greeted by a very confident older lady behind the counter who says, “Oh, you’re the one who left the bad review about me.” Umm… what? I ordered a meatball sub. When I've been to other subways, they've given more meatballs, but this sub was kind of lacking in meatballs and marinara, but other than that, it was good. Staff was nice. The sub tasted good, not a bad experience, just for a $15 sub, I want a little more than what I got.
Did an online order. Asked for turkey woke up to a tuna sandwich. My mother’s sandwich had very little ham but a whole lot of vegetables.
The customer service is subpar and substandard.
