TERRIBLE!!! Do not eat here! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man employee had the manager on the phone who refused to make me a correct sub and who refused to give me a refund for the sub I have gave back to them. Very messy and dirty store. The manager should not be a manager. I don’t think this subway location will last long. I will be reporting my experience to subway headquarters. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to buy your food.
This subway is TERRIBLE! Go across the street to the subway in Walmart if you really want a decent sandwich because this place is not up to par! The one employee “kim” was extremely rude and did not use gloves to touch the sandwich counter! Extremely dirty and unkempt and unprofessionally ran. Whoever owns this place obviously isn’t aware or they’re just plain blind.
Went there to order subs at 8:30 and I double-checked the door and it said they closed at 9:30. When I went inside they said they were closing and only doing carryout orders only.
The manager at this location was shockingly rude—one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered two footlongs with extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce but received barely any. When we called to address the issue, our call was disconnected and further attempts were ignored. Originally went to the Subway in Englewood, but was immediately uncomfortable and felt unwelcome by one of the girls working d/t her rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I walked in for a sub- so I left and came here instead. I had a WAY better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location last night & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service .
