We love subway food. However as prices increase we only order with coupons. The app is terrible and would not apply the coupons that are advertised. The people at Subway would not do anything to help. They just acted like it was my problem that the official Subway app would not apply the coupons advertised and said they couldn't match in store or override the deals advertised in the app. So we left and went somewhere else. Very disappointed in both the Subway brand and the local store for not helping.
Stood there and waited while they all sat on their phones in the back and one even looked up at me and kept playing on their phone ignoring me. I just gave up and went somewhere else.
If anyone gives more than one star for this subway is obviously family or friends. The service was not good at all. If you want bad service then that's the subway for you!!
