No one greeted us when we walked in. My friend said hello when the lady finally walked out from the back. She didnt say hello or anything. Asked what we wanted in a rude manner. She must of been in a hurry cause she kept trying to hurry us up. We were ordering 5 sandwiches...not a cheap or fast order and no other customers were in there. Got home and the bread was stale and chewy. We went on 4.12.2026 around 2:30 pm.
Idk what It is about this location but EVERYTIME I GO they’re just rude :( today i went in asking for a sub but it felt like i had asked them to run a mile. They were so rude acting like my presence was an inconvenience. I rather go to the lee Trevino one its out of my way but theyre so much nicer.
I had a very disturbing experience at this Subway location. An employee named Jacob became aggressive and unprofessional when I politely asked if he could adjust a few condiments on my online order. Instead of helping, he complained that it was “more work for him.” When I calmly told him I was just asking as a favor, his behavior escalated.
