Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two different subs — a grilled chicken and a spicy Italian — and was given TWO grilled chicken subs instead, both with incorrect ingredients. This is a basic order and it was still messed up completely. Because of their mistake, my brother ate one of the sandwiches thinking it was correct. The older lady of the two the one that wears glasses tends to grab the topping and smash down on the sandwich without trying to spread the ingredients out evenly. It happens every time she makes my sandwich. She is polite when she speaks but her actions are rude. Actions speak louder than words. Do better Subway.
