Messy uncleaned work area, inefficient associate, left me waiting to pay to start on next order. Unprofessional appearance
I asked for a footlong SANDWICH on flatbread and the girl proceeded to put half of the ingredients in and wrap it like a 6 inch burrito and gave it to me for footlong prices. I took it back and said this is not how you make these sandwiches. She said her manager trains her to do it that way. And then proceeded to stare at me and say she has no clue what I’m talking about even when I showing her SUBWAY ad pictures of the sandwich and it apparently has never been a thing. Yet the subway in the next plaza makes them correct?
I don't know why I even give this Subway any of my money. Went in to order. It was the slowest service to make 2 sandwiches. One sandwich I wanted toasted but even requested it to be lightly toasted, just to melt the cheese, but the employee put it in for the full time and ended up burning my sandwich. Then the employee continued to cough in and on my food, and her hands. She didn't change her gloves either. When it was time to put vegetables on she put the bare minimum on. It took 20 minutes for the employee to make 3 subs. She was so high I thought she was going to nod out in my sandwich.
