Placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 11PM. Arrived at 1055PM. Did not get my food until 1155PM. Meanwhile 15+ customers who were walk-ins after I arrived were served and left the building including other members of my family. Then when I got home with the food the wrong chicken was used to make the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich.
