The rating I gave was purely based on service. The service at this Subway in Ayer, MA is horrible and the reason for the 1 star. The people who work there try, but do not understand or speak English. At first when they began I felt bad for them and sought to be very patient and encouraging believing the difficulties would be short term as they would learn to speak and understand English better.
