I had a very disturbing experience at this Subway location. An employee named Jacob became aggressive and unprofessional when I politely asked if he could adjust a few condiments on my online order. Instead of helping, he complained that it was “more work for him.” When I calmly told him I was just asking as a favor, his behavior escalated. As we all see the quality, value and integrity in service almost nonexistent nowadays, Subway (at least at the Bob Hope location) has joined the bandwagon! So I remember Subway sandwiches were hearty, bountiful and delicious! Today, we ordered and received what looks like a veggie stuffed hotdog! The bread has been dwindled to half of the original size.
