I got a coupon that's says 6"subway and a soda for 4.99 i end up paying 8 dlls I asked the employee why he said it's a weird coupon. AND THAT MANY CUSTOMERS HAD ASKED THE SAME QUESTION NO I SAID THIS IS WRONG!!! This is FRAUDE. Ordering extra toppings here is a fun little guessing game—you select them, pay for them, and then wait to see if they actually show up (spoiler: they usually don’t). Consistency isn’t the issue… they’re consistently ignoring add-ons. Calling this place “sandwich artists” feels generous......maybe “minimalist sandwich creators” is more accurate.
I had a very disturbing experience at this Subway location. An employee named Jacob became aggressive and unprofessional when I politely asked if he could adjust a few condiments on my online order. Instead of helping, he complained that it was “more work for him.” When I calmly told him I was just asking as a favor, his behavior escalated. As we all see the quality, value and integrity in service almost nonexistent nowadays, Subway (at least at the Bob Hope location) has joined the bandwagon! So I remember Subway sandwiches were hearty, bountiful and delicious! Today, we ordered and received what looks like a veggie stuffed hotdog! The bread has been dwindled to half of the original size.
