I noticed this location has pretty polarized reviews, but my experience was great. Gael helped me save some money by recommending to do the Meal of the Day. Totally unrelated, but I also happened to ask if he knew of any good nearby smoke and vape shops as I am new to town and he gave me a good recommendation that had exactly what I was looking for. Ordered the Tuesday spacial Tuna Fish on wheat bread mayo lettuce tomato and olives. Got chips and a drink. And had to pay $7.59 +tax $8.22 not $6.99 as stated on a window flyer. When I asked I got no answer and the girl walked off. FIRSE AND LAST TIME I GO THERE AGAIN.
This was the worst customer service I have everything seen in my life. Entered the establishment and no greeting had to wait 10 minutes for staff to even acknowledge us and that was only because I said hello. No estimate to when they would be helping when asking how the evening was the answer was "I rather be home" 2 staff members but ignoring us and each other. Its 7pm on a sunday at 09/20. I rather go to the subway that's in the gas station. Rude no service no good evening. Just ugly attitudes
Have tried to go to subway about 6 times in the past year and each time this location doesn't have the ingredients to make my sandwich. I get 30 mins on my lunch the last thing I wanna do is waste 5 minutes of the lunch getting told that they don't have any pepperoni. This is a chain restaurant it's ridiculous that by 12 in the afternoon they are out of Pepperoni, tuna and other ingredients. Do better subway.
