I was at Subway today, placing my usual order, when I saw a fly land on my sandwich. I immediately told the employee who was making it to discard it. Instead of throwing the sandwich away, she simply moved it to the side, attended to something else, and then continued preparing the same sandwich before putting it into the oven. Will never be eating here again.
Give the 2 employees who worked the am shift on Sunday August 10th a raise! They handled our team that came in before a game with professionalism and courtesy. Food was great!
Poor customer service Online order took longer than 1 hr Manager said they didn’t make my order because they didn’t have the meat for the sandwich I ordered Never answered phone Rude and disrespectful Had me waiting in store for another 30 minutes and refused to give me something else in replacement so they just cancelled the whole order

Ordered 4 subs online. 3 of the 4 subs were very wrong. There was 1 slice of meat per foot. Veggies were missing that were asked for. Extra veggies were put on the sub that weren't asked for. We spent $45 to eat bread. The receipt was correct.
