Employees never give a dam about the drive through. I have been here for 10 minutes and they still give attitude. No wonder its always slow here.
They have a drive-thru, yet it doesn’t work and won’t take your coupons either.
HORRIBLE LOCATION ! If you want to wait 1 hr after you order online go ahead , I order at 3:18 to have my food ready at 4:10 , well when I got there it still wasn’t ready ! Waited 20 mins for them to make it , had to leave to pick up my son at 4:30 from school, came back at 4:45 and still wasn’t ready !!!!! It’s ridiculous! I order ahead and still
Terrible service at this Subway. I waited over 7 minutes in the drive-thru while they clearly saw me outside. Then one of the workers a girl and a Hispanic guy working the night shift around 9 PM told me to go back through the drive-thru again, making me wait another 4 minutes. I had to call the store just to let them know I was outside, and when they finally gave me my order, the food was cold. This is completely unacceptable. If they knew I was waiting, why make me go around again and then give me cold food? Terrible custo... read more
