Ask if the bread is fresh before they make your sandwich. My bread was toasted but it was too hard all over. I'm the kind of person that will take it back , but it was too much traffic. And I had left a tip. Also, the sandwich maker should wear a cap or hairnet. His hair was sticking out about 6 inches all over out of his hair.
