Went through the drive-thru, waited long enough that I had actually started to back out when they finally acknowledged me on the speaker. My club sandwich order was missing the bacon. The sandwich was also missing vegetables I ordered, even though they had repeated my order back to me. I was not given or offered my receipt. Maybe service is better inside.
Today around 2pm I went in to grab my child a sandwich before picking them up from school. There were 2 people working at the time, cleaning. I told the girl what I would like to get and the girl gave me a look and a smirk and just went about her business ignoring me. The lady working in red jackets have absolutely bad attitude.. she needs to learn how to handle customers…
Young man helped me. He was super helpful and polite. Need more employees like this !!! Sandwich was great. $3 dipper, my kids loved em.
