I went to the Lowell location and I had a great experience. I believe the one who helped me was Chaz but I could be wrong. I actually saw two people making sandwiches which around supper time I rarely see and I feel SO bad when they have a line of people and online orders. Staffing could be fixed. I came in for a DoorDash & the lady’s ( Destiny & Kathy & Linda) were soo kind. They made sure I was takin care of in a timely manner. The store was very clean. These ladies really know how to take care of their store.
Food is good and the atmosphere is very nice and chill I love it here. Kathy and Mariana made sure our food was exactly how we wanted it.
Great experience the people at the front are great at customer service!
Very clean and friendly still.
