Went in and lady rudely yells lobby is closed before 7 pm . She is yelling at the young man making the sandwich’s and she told us he was new but gave him no words of encouragement.sandwiches got mixed up on one gentleman’s order and he said forget it just give me what’s there and she yelled again at the new guy that she didn’t care what the customer says he needed to chase down that sandwich . I placed an online order and I was watching the lady named Carrie make the sandwich and they were putting green peppers on there and I asked her not to put them on there. I did say maybe I clicked the wrong thing. She put her hands in my face and said ma’am can I please just do this myself and was extremely rude to me!! The gentleman at the register was extremely nice and apologized for her!!! I will NEVER come back!! The last that works in there was very rude, said she needs a day off, complaining about her job to customers and then when I ordered one of my subs she had a attitude because she hates making that one she said. Personally if making sandwiches is so hard for her maybe she should work somewhere else.
