“Have it your way” is a subway motto but I got a super judgmental look for ordering what I wanted. When they asked about cheese and I said none it got more judgmental. I cannot have dairy, my bad. I asked for bacon on my sandwich and got a single strip. Despite the judgement though my sandwich was still good. I usually don’t have an issue at the location but today just wasn’t it.
The majority of the staff (with the exception of one friendly person) are unfriendly and seemingly unable to follow simple instructions. They act as though it is annoying to have to make your sandwich. As for the quality of the food the lettuce is not fresh and the Italian bread is so dry that it almost impossible to eat. This is a nice new location. Please work to improve quality and customer service.
Don't go here, my son picked up an order for us and when he got home we found the cold cut sandwich we ordered only had ham on it, I called to see if they could just take my name and make it correctly on another day since we live 25 mins, away. Whomever I talked to said they'd ask there manager and I was told I could either bring it back now and they would remake it or they would refund my money if they found it wasn't made correctly....no "we are sorry" just drive 25 mins to maybe get a refund...up yours wakeman subway.
