I was at a baseball tournament and placed an order for pick up. I meant for it to be fulfilled at the Hartford, SD location but it did not update the location of where I was currently at and instead used the location of where I last ordered. I called to cancel the order but was told that they would not refund because they already made it. I understand I should have double checked before placing the order. They aint got anything when you want it. Can't toast sub, can't make nachos. It's consistently terrible. It's close to my house or I'd never get again. Will go to canton or vermillion next time
They never can make a sub right, then they never have the ingredients for making the nachos. But offer a fricking cookie instead. This branch should shut down. Management is trash obviously
